We are looking for Associate Purchasing Specialist to join our team in Krakow

Role description:

• Reviews, analyzes and processes incoming purchase requisitions

• Coordinates purchasing activities in a cost effective and timely manner

• Requests quotes from suppliers for a purchase of specific services

• Responsible for purchasing and procurement data input and integrity

• Performs cost analysis and volume planning for external services

• Monitors the cost and scope of suppliers to negotiate highest quality at best value

• May recommend other cost savings and avoidance proposals

Role requirements:

• B.A/B.S. Degree preferred

• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, order entry, customer service or logistics in a team-based environment.

• Fluent English (at least B2 level)

• Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Organization and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP and Smartsheet is a plus

• Cooperation with procurement team

• Responsible for contract renewal process

Evening working hours: (14-22:30)
